Q. Do you have to be an engineer or a mechanic to
succeed with LE?
A. No. Very successful LE Lubricant Consultants come from all walks of life. Some have been engineers and mechanics, but other have been Lubricant Consultants, heavy equipment operators, service station owners, school teachers, and machinists.
Q . What kind of products will I be selling?
A. Primarily greases, gear lubricants, engine oils, fuel improvers and industrial oils of the highest quality, containing proprietary ingredients that deliver unmatched performance.
Q . Who buys LE products?
A. Anyone who needs premium quality, heavy duty, high performance oils and greases. LE users include industrial, commercial, agricultural, institutional, and governmental customers of all types across the nation and around the world.
Q. Do I have to put up any investment or buy product inventory?
A. Absolutely not, aside from your demo kit. Your time and talents are all you invest. Your job is to represent LE, which means selling and servicing. LE handles everything else, including credit, collections, warehousing and delivery.
Q. How will I be compensated?
A. You will receive commission based on the dollar value of your sales. You will receive commissions weekly, upon LE's acceptance and shipment of the order.
Q. How much can I earn?
A. There is no upper limit on your income. You can earn as much as your efforts will produce.
Q. If a customer doesn't pay will I be responsible?
A. No, you are not responsible for collection of past due accounts. LE does reserve the right to refuse credit on any account. Once LE accepts an order, and the customer accepts the shipment, you get your sales commission.
Q. Will I get sales and product training?
A. Yes. You will attend a complete training class, where you initially will learn sales skills, product information, and applications. You will be field trained in your territory and will receive ongoing training and education for your entire career with LE. You will also take part in the on-line training courses provided by Noria Corporation.
Q. How do my customers get delivery?
A. LE ships products from strategically located warehouses via common carrier.
Q. Do I get the same commission rate on reorders that I do on the first sales?
A. Absolutely. LE's standard commission rates apply to the first or the 100th sales to the same customer. This is why there is no upper limit on your income. We feel the more you earn, the better it is for you and LE.
Q. How long has LE been in business?
A. Since its incorporation in 1951, LE continues to earn the reputation as LEADERS IN LUBRICANTS.
Q. Will I get to meet other LE Lubrication Consultants?
A. Yes. You will receive invitations for company sponsored sales meetings each year, where you will visit with other LE Lubrication Consultants and staff from the Corporate Office. There you will share experience and ideas with your fellow LE Lubrication Consultants; an invaluable way to increase your productivity.
Q. Does LE manufacture its own products?
A. Yes. The state-of-the-art manufacturing plant and technology center in Wichita, Kansas, produces all LE products.
Q. What office equipment do I need to get started?
A. Definitely an
answering machine, phone and fax
machine. A laptop, internet, and an email would be helpful and strongly
suggested.
